What the included time means

Hours include discovery, preparation, meetings, asynchronous communication, reviews, documentation, and agreed hands-on work. The package is a defined allocation of Scott’s time; deliverables are prioritized within that allocation.

The assessment covers one agreed system or challenge, with up to eight hours over a two-week engagement. Monthly packages are scoped month by month. Scope, scheduling, fees, and engagement terms are confirmed in a written proposal before work starts.

Additional development, migrations, travel, specialist services, and software or cloud charges are quoted separately and require agreement. Packages do not include 24/7 support, emergency response, a staffed development team, security certification, or compliance attestation.

Know what you’re engaging.

Do I need an assessment first?

No. It is a useful starting point when the problem or priorities need clarification. If the needs are already clear, we can scope a monthly engagement directly.

Is implementation included?

CTO + Delivery includes targeted implementation within its 32-hour monthly allocation. Advisory and Fractional CTO focus on guidance and leadership. Larger builds, migrations, and additional capacity are separately scoped.

Will you work with my existing developers or agency?

Yes. The engagement can include developer mentoring, architecture and code reviews, roadmap planning, and vendor coordination. Responsibility and decision-making are agreed at the start.

Can you help with Dynamics 365 F&O?

My experience includes Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, X++, and enterprise integrations. We will review the exact modules and work required before agreeing on scope; specialized reporting, Power Platform, and implementation needs are assessed individually.

Are engagements remote or local?

I am based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and work remotely with businesses. Local meetings and client travel can be arranged as part of the written scope.

Does discussing a package commit me to it?

No. Contacting me begins a conversation. Work begins only after we agree on a written scope, schedule, and engagement terms.
